describe
Acid resistant refractory castable is a castable refractory material that can resist corrosion from 800~1200 acidic media (nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, etc.). It is made by using water glass as a binder, acidic or semi acidic refractory materials as aggregates and powders, and adding a small amount of coagulant.
Acid resistant and refractory castables are mainly used as anti-corrosion flue and chimney liners, acid storage tank liners, acid pickling tank liners, nitric acid concentration tower liners, acid recovery furnace liners, and other container liners that are corroded by acidic high-temperature gases.
